Secure Assets

A second asset library for files and images that must be authorized on every request.

This deployment is an Agility CMS app: pages Agility loads in iframes inside the Manager App, plus the API they call. Opening them directly does nothing useful, because they need the handshake the CMS performs.

Provides

• Section: Secure Assets — Browse, upload and manage secure files and images.
• Stack item: Secure Assets folder — A folder in the secure library.
• Stack item: Secure Asset — One secure file: versions, grants, where used.
• Field: Secure File Attachment — A link to one secure file.
• Field: Secure Image — One secure image, with alt text and a thumbnail.

• Report: Recently changed — Files changed in the last 30 days, new ones marked.
• Report: Stale content — Files that haven't changed for a while.
• Report: Review by — Files whose review date is due or past.
• Report: Usage — Requests from the website per day and per file, and storage.
• Report: Audit log — Export the audit log as a CSV: who did what to which file.
• Content dashboard — Recent uploads, files with no grants, trash near purge.
